Born in Padua in 1960, he received a doctorate in Economics and Business from Venice Cà Foscari University in 1984.
He has been enrolled in the National Professional Association of Tax consultants of Padua since 1985. He has been enrolled in the National Register of Chartered Accountants since 1995.
He serves as a consultant to private and public businesses and serves on the Board of Statutory Auditors of commercial and industrial businesses and as an auditor for public companies. He has earned significant experience in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings. He works with the courts as a bankruptcy receiver and technical consultant.
He also serves as government commissioner for companies in extraordinary administration with appointments from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
He assists corporate groups in business turnaround operations and debt restructuring.
He has been a speaker at numerous conferences on bankruptcy procedures and business crises. He has taught preparation courses for state examinations for Chartered/Certified Public Accountants. He received a Masters degree in Corporate Reform from Scuola di Formazione IPSOA in Milan in 2005
